Had a lovely Easter break at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had a great pool and gym for us to enjoy. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. We also loved how close the hotel was to the beach and local shopping center - we could easily walk to both!

The WiFi connection wasn't very strong in our room, but it wasn't a huge deal as we were able to connect in other areas of the hotel. we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

The hotel is not very spacious, have small lobby. I have booked it on Booked.net and as per confirmation my rent was included of taxes.where as during check out I found my tarif was excluding taxes and hotel insist me to pay additional 20%.after arguing and lenghty discussion and showing them the term and condition they reluctantly agreed to charge without taxes.An undesirable advise was given to me that in future I should pay the taxes in addition to normal Tarrrif,which I didnt like as I am frequent traveller and have experience with many hotels. This complaint can be taken seriously with the hotel.

The location, very close to the Airport, City Center, Dubai Festival City and easy to connect to the main road.

I requested a double bed, apparently the hotel did not have any available but the staff in the reception didnt mention that and he let us go to our room to discover that there are 2 single beds. We went down again and he was like we dont have any other room available, so we will join your beds and change your room in the morning. They joined it but the change never happened.

Excellent location near airport and Deira Shopping Centre; very convenient for transportation. Clean and spacious rooms with good hotel facilities.

I stayed at Suha City Hotel for 7 nights and my stay was great, the staff were great friendly and honest. My room was comfortable and Internet connection was great. I hate smoke but my room was free from smoke. I will definately stay there again.

The clean rooms were great, and the hotel had a good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. the hotel staff were helpful when we asked for recommendations for places to visit during our city trip.

the air conditioning unit was very loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

Location & area size of room

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Dubai. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the shopping mall and the metro station. It made exploring the city so convenient. Plus, being near the airport, I was able to get to the hotel within 15 minutes of landing.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. The amenities and facilities were fantastic and enhanced my overall stay.

Its accessible from the airport, about 15 min drive from the airport to Suha city hotel.

The reception lady who did my check in was careless. Firstly she gave me a wrong receipt followed by asking me to sign a invoice which is wrong amount. More training should be given reception desk.

Great location just infront of the city center mall and the metro station is 2 minutes walking. The metro take you to everywhere in Dubai. It is very convenient close to the airport. The Junior suite has an Espresso maker and a water boiler to make cafe and tea however they provide only green tea and Nescafe ! No regular tea !

The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from the airport and in close proximity to the Deira City Center mall. it was difficult to get a taxi around the hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. From dirty restaurant utensils to damp and dirty curtains in the rooms, it was very disappointing.

Loud music in the room corridor which could be heard in the room. Complaints to the desk staff met with no results. However, this was on the last day of our stay and so we don´t know whether it was an on-going happening or not.
